I prefer to own my posts, photos, and other content, and so I self-host as much as I can. I would love to help you get started with self-hosting your own content! If you would like to know the reasons I avoid Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Apple, Windows, or most other proprietary companies, I’d love to discuss it with you. I like to hang out in smaller online communities ran by your average ‘Joe’ next door. Heck, I even run a few communities myself! My favorite place online is in the Fediverse.
